Cajon Creole Bisque

1 packet HMR® 500 Chicken Soup

1 cup hot water

Pepper to taste

Microwave entree and water for 1-2 minutes until piping hot. Put water and chicken soup packet contents in blender. Hold top so steam does not push lid up when blender is turned on. Stop blender, add hot entree packet to blender, blend. Add pepper to taste. Cover, resume blending. Pour into large bowl or mug or over a baked potatoe. Enjoy!

Suggestion: You can add any heated vegetable or beans or another HMR entree to make a chuncky cajun creole soup.

HMR® 120 Waffles Supreme

Makes 2 small waffles (but very yummy!)

Non-stick Cook Spray

2 heaping scoops HMR 120 shake mix chocolate or vanilla

Pinch of baking powder

1/4 to 1/3 cup water (NOT MORE-MUST BE STICKEY)

1 cup frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, even banana, etc)

Non-caloric Sweetener of choice (We choose Splenda or Sweet N Low)

Fat-free whipped topping (try whipped cream or sour cream) Optional

Heat waffle iron on lowest setting and coat with non-stick cook spray. In small bowl mix shake powder and water, stir quickly. Mixture will be too thick to pour, and a bit sticky-use rubber spatula to assist into waffle iron. While waffles bake, heat berries in microwave until syrupy, add non-caloric sweetener to taste if desired to sweeten tartness of berries.

Transfer waffles carefully to plate, add berries, top with 20 calories or less of reduced calorie whipped cream (1 teaspoon) and ENJOY!

Try accompanying waffles with a vanilla mandarin orange shake for a real breakfast treat.

Other fruit ideas: Bananas and peaches, apples with cinnamon.

1 tablespoon or to taste coconut extract or sugar free/calorie coconut syrup

1 cup crushed ice

Pour water in blender, add shake mix, cocoa, extract and non-caloric sweetener. Blend, add ice. Pour and enjoy!
