Chocolate Crepe with Vanilla Cream and Fruit
In a smooth large bowl mix 70 plus with 6 oz water to make pudding.Microwave 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute. Microwave one more minute. Let cool. Remove crepe carefully from bowl and place on plate, top/dry side down.
Mix 70 plus vanilla into pudding. Spoon mixture into crepe, add sliced fruit of choice. Fold edges of crepe. Spoon large dollop of vanilla 70 plus pudding on top of crepe, garnish with sliced fruit, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
