Established in Winter of 2005, in McKinney, Texas, MDWM set out to revolutionize the way diabetes and weight management is offered. Not satisfied with the dictates of insurance reimbursement, MDWM offers a program that is affordable, gets results, and sees no limits in the ability to help people regain the health they thougt they'd lost. Enjoy our programs in our comfortable surroundings, with a warm homey feel, now located just off lake DeSoto.
