Ravioli in Tempe
During the Scottsdale visit, we had an opportunity to eat at the Top of the Rock restaurant in Tempe Arizona-a Marriott establishment. The wait staff and Chef were most accomodating and prepared a spicey eggplant and tomatoe ratatouille dish with HMR Cheese and Basil Ravioli, garnished with an edible orchid on top! It was beautiful, delicious, and yes, I ate the orchid. MMMM good!
