The Building a Healthier You seminar series is designed to provide you with information about diet and exercise for health risk management. The program will begin with a thorough Health Risk Assessment which will be compiled and returned at the conclusion of the program with a personalized health risk profile analyzed and explained in presentation format.
Each weekly session (8 weeks in total) is designed to build upon the previous week lesson. All lessons are compatible.
We will cover each topic thoroughly and conclude with a brief question and answer session.

Each participant will gain insight into how their lifestyle influences their medical profile for cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and heart disease risk, and more. Each person should obtain recent labs prior to attending the first class for fasting glucose, cholesterol, HDL, and triglycerides. We will measure weight and blood pressure. Each week participants will be given assignments to achieve health improvements. Weekly door prizes will be given to those who complete their assignments. The program is designed to include all 8 weeks consecutively.
